银河公司前身是环江县都川铅锌矿，原属环江县国有企业。于2011年1月完成所有收购兼并工作。银河公司主要生产主体有银河公司下巴铅锌矿和银河公司选矿厂。
广西环江银河有限责任公司，下属有下巴铅锌矿和银河选矿厂。主要经营范围：铅锌原矿、铅锌精矿、硫精矿、铁矿采选销售，铅（铅锑）冶炼、加工、销售。农副产品生产、加工、销售、技术转让、技术咨询，运输，钢材、日用百货、政策允许范围的有色金属产品销售。公司营业执照证号：统一社会信用代码914512262009563656；二级分支机构：1、下巴矿，年产铅锌原矿石15万吨；2、公司新建日处理原矿1500吨的银河选矿厂，已于2013年3月份正式投产。
根据国家国土资源部的矿产资源规划，在广西环江县都川65平方公里探矿区域内只设立两宗采矿权，允许以银河公司和妙石公司为主的根据勘察矿产资源的需要，对区域内的矿床进行地质钻探和坑探工作，以提供后备的矿山开采储量和开采地质条件。银河公司于2010年委托中国矿业资源与地球科学学院对区域内的矿床进行矿产资源储量分析预测（详见附件《广西环江县都川矿区矿床地质特征及资源潜力评价报告》。

According to the mineral resources planning by national ministry of land and resources, only two mining rights will be approved at Duchuan 65 square kilometers prospecting area in Guangxi Huanjiang county, which allows Yinghe company and Miaoshi company to carry out geological drilling and pit excavation work in the area according to the needs of exploration of mineral resources, in order to provide a backup reserves of mining and mining geological conditions. China mining resources and earth sciences was commissioned to carry on the analysis and prediction of mineral resources reserves in the region of the ore deposit by the Yinghe company in 2010 (see the appendix of the report of Duchuan mine geological characteristics of ore deposit and resources potential evaluation at Huanjiang county in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous.
